Our Story

From One Craftsman to a
Full-Service Team

RMen's Solution was founded in 2010 by Armen Minasyan in Brooklyn, New York. What started as a one-man operation built on word-of-mouth referrals has grown into a full-service construction and renovation company with a team of skilled tradespeople across every discipline.

Over 15 years, we've completed more than 500 projects — from single-room renovations to multi-story gut rehabs, commercial build-outs to exterior masonry. Every project starts with the same principle Armen built the company on: do the work right, be honest about what it costs, and don't cut corners.

Today we serve all five NYC boroughs, plus parts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Our team includes specialists in framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinetry, masonry, steel, and finish work — all coordinated under one roof with a single point of contact.
